A true connoisseur of potato chips, barbecue-master and chaotician by heart. By day Lucas is a logical, decisive-but-candid administrator and computer scientist; yet embraces the illogical in his personal time, with rules like "the practice of discomfort"- his adventures range from guitar instructor, knife-combat, hit in the foot by an axe™, and living in the streets of São Paulo for a week.
Joining the industry a decade ago, Lucas has been COO/CTO of two game companies, with the last reaching from zero to 100+ people, he now embarks a new adventure: a self-funded studio that makes small high-quality games. Standing at 1.86 meters, Lucas' main skills are weaving words into reality (programming), production, systems design, accounting, formatting PCs, patience and small home repairs, but his rusted yet full-pipeline art skills gives him great power when planning games.
A fanatic for Udon and an expert sommelier of eccentric soda flavors - though not an avid consumer of them - Vítor has a great appreciation for peculiarities and oddities. Sometimes random, sometimes rational, Vítor has been immersed in the gaming industry for over 8 years. His hiatuses in the industry have also given him expertise in packaging design and advertising. In other words, he likes to go to the market and stare at the shelves.
Also with a more "artistic" background, staying in front of the computer for too long causes him to feel uneasy about spending so much time staring at a screen. Within his less than 1.65 meters, there are many talents, joys, and gratitudes, all of which can be replenished by good plates of food.
